Em 2023 eu fiquei hospedada no hotel, no mesmo período, que é o meu aniversário. Este ano eu quis comemorar da mesma forma e, com as lembranças boas da época, me hospedei novamente. A localização é ótima e os quartos tem uma vista linda do mar, era com essa sensação que eu queria acordar.

Sobre a minha experiência: Dessa vez eu fiquei em um quarto diferente, com aparência de mais antigo. O chuveiro demorava simplesmente 10minutos para esquentar e, assim que eu entrei no banheiro, encontrei uma barata pequena. Durante o dia, realizei o consumo de comida e bebida na piscina, porém, o garçom esqueceu de me dar a comanda para assinar e mais tarde bateu na porta do meu quarto para cobrar, enquanto eu estava tomando banho. Atitude totalmente desnecessária, considerando que eu estaria hospedada no hotel ainda mais um dia. Quando eu fiz a reserva, sinalizei que seria meu aniversário e não recebi nem ao menos um "Parabéns pelo seu dia". A pousada não tem obrigação nenhuma de fazer qualquer agrado, mas minimamente colocar um cartão no quarto, faz toda a diferença para a experiência do cliente e nem isso eu tive. Tinham tudo para me manter como cliente, mas eu simplesmente perdi o encanto no hotel. Além disso, o estacionamento é pequeno e uma noite não tinha vaga na garagem, fomos obrigados a deixar o carro na rua.
