Escario Central Hotel

I really liked this Hotel. No frills very good value. Great staff and its located in a nice plaza with bars and restaurants so if you are too tired to go out it is on your doorstep. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. A good nights sleep

Central hotel, it is! Walking distance to business centers, restaurant and you can easily get taxi. Rooms are clean though it’s disappointing that they gave us a room beside an office or restaurant that has ongoing renovation . It was noisy that morning. Good thing that we only stayed for a night. Breakfast is available with additional fee

Very strategic location. It is just near a mall and church. And if you wanna go downtown just few minutes away.. The place is not so grand but they have good amenities. They also serve delicious food..

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, so I think i have a pretty good idea about the amenities and services offered here. First of all, the service was poor. Really only two of the people that were working there seemed to know or care about their jobs or the comfort of the guests. The girls that greeted us there when we arrived treated us like they were doing us a favour letting us stay there, rather than like guests. I didn't feel welcome, cared for, accommodated, or humanised. I wasn't crashing at my friends pad for two weeks, I was a cash paying customer and expected to be treated hospitably. Moreover, the staff are in the habit of making rude remarks to the guests in Tagalog or Cebuano and that is wrong on so many levels. I can't explain why it happened, other than due to a lack of training or sheer unprofessionalism, but it was uncalled for. My girlfriend, a Filipino, agreed so herself. Lastly, we had a lot of mosquitos in our room, ants on the walls, and after only 3 or 4 days of staying at the Escario, our shower drain clogged, flooding the bathroom. There also was construction going on in a new restaurant just a ways from where were were staying. There was cutting, sawing, banging, laughing, scraping going on till 2:00, 3:00, and sometimes 4:00am for almost a week. I pleaded with hotel staff to have it stopped or controlled practically every night, but it went on and on. It bears worth saying that the best part of our stay at the Escario was leaving.

nice place,affordable price,peaceful place to stay,clean,duol lang sa tanan if mag jeep ka sa atbang ra. very safe place.mingaw dyd siya sa mga mag stay,nice home service,nice staff(naa lay duha ka staffs na lain ug batasan but the rest okey kaayo)

A basic and charming hotel in a very good location. Restaurants and coffee shops abound nearby. Very accessible. Fast check-in. Good WIFI connection, comfortable sleep, sufficient parking space, and budget friendly hotel.

Perfect location and super quiet.. though it is centrally located at the city center but the place is an oasis.. very convenient when it comes to food, spa, bar, fastfood and convenience store...

We loved our stay here that we ended up cancelling a different hotel and went back to Escario Central. They had a small garden outside that you can use if you just want to chill. The rooms are spacious. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The hotel is situated uptown with access to a lot of establishments and somehow you still get a quiet place to stay. You don't feel like you're in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city once you're in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Place is a but small but good if you're on a budget and won't spend too much time in the room. TV is kinda small. Good location as there are restaurants and a convenience store just outside. WiFi may not be that fast but it is reliable.

I requested for a change of check-in date so late due to an emergency and they were so understanding and accommodated my request without any penalty.
