TV remote did not work. No staff were accessible to rectify as we arrived after the office closed

Es war sehr ruhig von der Umgebung her, und die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet.

Die Klimaanlage war einerseits etwas laut, andererseits hat sie nur sehr bescheiden gekühlt. Nur wenig Unterschied zwischen ausgeschaltetem Zustand und auf voller stärke kühlend. Wäre dies anders gewesen, hätte das Hotel vermutlich eine 9 bekommen.

Rooms were stuffy

I realise the rooms are old and bathrooms not updated but a new toilet seat please. Bed great but could not sleep for the exhaust fan in the bathroom that could not be turned off. It was so loud. Water is hot and you supply a washer which is great. Undercover parking is also great but a sweep of the garage would be good. Someone needs to clean the marks off the carpet they did not look savoury. Please renew the quilt it was also unsavoury. Sheets were clean and white. Towels were white but have seen better days. But for the price this is a good place to stay.

Fix the exhaust fan motor in the bathroom or silence it, it sounded like I was on a plane for the entire time we were in the room. Renew washers in the taps. I would have liked to open the window as I could not have the aircon on as it would have joined the exhaust fan noise. I cannot comment on the straff as I briefly saw the front desk man when we arrived but noone was at the desk after that even when I called out loudly.

Free parking , laundry on each floor, the fridge and freezer were big enough and cold enough. Face washers!

No cleaning of the room service (we were there for 6 nights). There was only 1 small sample of shampoo and conditioner for 2 people for 6 days (not enough, but we had our own).
