Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, great shower pressure and a lovely woman on reception. Appreciated the upgrade.

Not a fault, just a dislike. I had forgotten to take my own shampoo and conditioner so used the ‘conditioning shampoo’ provided and it made my hair feel like straw.

All fittings are of a very high standard. Well above average in this price range. I particularly liked the fridge freezer setup. Good space for both refrigerated items and freezer items

Hi The purpose of my NZ visit was not a joyous one, one to bury my Parent's ashes. However, the staff were wonderful giving me a quieter room (had double glazing). Apart from the smiling and helpful staff the two other thing s set this apart the closeness to shopping amenities and transport (bus or train) and the fantastic shower water pressure, wow!

The staff were SO helpful & friendly. Was very grateful to get an extra room for my daughter (I snore). The biscuits on the counter were a nice ‘extra touch. I will book here again.
