Fiz a reserva no dia anterior. A reserva foi confirmada e recebi o PDF de confirmação. Ao chegar no hotel, cansado, a reserva não havia sido feita e não deixaram a gente entrar, alegando que o hotel estava lotado. Não recebemos nenhum indício de que a hospedagem não estava confirmada, pelo contrário.
