Proximity within the old city. Gorgeous historical property. Sara is a treasure. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant.

Limited parking at the property…but fairly common for properties of this type and location. Lack of elevator and need to climb multiple sets of stairs/steps with our many bags (2-month trip).

Loved the view and terrace from the cathedral suite. Breakfast was great as well.

Our room definitely needed some TLC. There was a bowed piece of flooring next to the bed in our room. There were cobwebs in the bathroom vanity and some mould behind the fridge in the kitchen, as well as what appeared to be coffee stains on the wall leading into the kitchen. The room was looking a little bit tired. These are some things. I just need a little extra attention. Otherwise great stay.

"Superb Centrally located property with character"

The property is located very centrally to Evora with limited parking facilities charged at €12 per day. We had the Suite, room number 24, at the top of the property which was excellent. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and a choice of two sofas and a well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was plenty to start the day but didn’t have an extensive choice. The staff were also super polite and were always eager to assist. A very pleasant stay

The only negative, more of a warning, the property is old, therefore there are no lifts anywhere. From the car park to our room was quite a workout. The staff were willing to assist with our luggage though.
