The location was fine the beds were comfortable enough

No kitchenette only having a fridge and dishes and kettle no where to wash things other than the bathroom

Easy check in. The bed was very comfortable. The spa bath was lovely after a long day. Everything was clean, tidy and well presented.

Great location for my work. The team were inviting on arrival. Rooms are a little tired but clean and comfortable.

The door knocked in the storm the first night but it was really windy and stormy

I was on the ground floor at the back of the car park. Plenty of power points. Good curtains. Good shower pressure.

There were only small windows above the doors, and no air conditioning. There was a door to the rear garden area, but no outdoor furniture. Wifi was not good inside the room - probably due to the amount of concrete.

"perfect for our reason to be there"

Great Location to hospital within easy walking distance- my reason for overnight stay. Neat & tidy . Although quality appointed fitments are well worn but they mostly worked. Reception allowed us to book in early so first de-stress bonus for hospital visit. Free parking

No lift. Situated on a very busy cross-road. , quiet from around midnight to 5.30. Kitchen cooking hob area light didn't work. Some mould & black hair in shower, Dangerously hot water at taps & shower.

Location was excellent as close to hospital

The bathroom needs a coat of paint. And the plug wouldn’t release in bathroom. One of the lights needs a new bulb
