Value for money. Not very sound proof. Hear people outside hallway.

The size for our family was great. Having sky in both rooms was nice too, full size fridge was great.

Broken shower, water leaking at hose and poor pressure. Red and black mould wrapping around the entire spa bath. Car was covered in cigarettes and ash from upstairs flicking over their balcony onto our car. In need of a complete renovation if charging the price we paid.

Tricky getting in & out of Motel as right on corner.

Katrina was so obliging when we did our washing, she dried the clothes and delivered them to our room thank you 💗

The lady i spoke to was super friendly and it was super clean

The only thing I can fault is that I couldn't cast anything to the tv and couldn't get anything to work but that was probably my own fault

Good room size, comfy mattress, clean and well equipped room.

Bath didn't work and it was the reason I went there. Charged I've been charged twice contacted them with no response

When I contacted management at 10.00 p.m. due to noise and offensive language coming from another unit, my call was not answered. I rang again at 10.40 when the noise was getting out of control. I was told there wasn't much she could do as she was a female and by herself, she could potentially call the police but they couldn't do much, she did ring them asking them to keep the noise down, she acknowledged they were drunk but there wasn't much she could do. She eventually contacted the company of these people and they eventually stopped. There was no follow up or check in on our wellbeing. When we returned the next day ( I had booked 2 units for 3 nights) there was no note to apologise for the previous nights incidence and our dishes were not done (there is no tea towel or sink in the unit, so not sure how we were supposed to wash our plate and mug). My colleague was lying on the bed using her lap top when an ornamental cushion was on the bed, this pillow split and I was charged $40, apparently the pillow is worth $70. I cannot believe that I got charged for this and questioned it - why have it on the bed if you are not supposed to lye on it. There were multiple phone calls and messages, during which I also questioned the lack of follow up from our first nights incidence - she said she is the victim! Shocking service and comment to say the consumer.
