On Thursday (28.06.2023) I had to work late, when I got to the hotel around 23:00hrs, my room didn't have water to take a shower, not even enough to brush my teeth. In addition, I sent you an email (jwsf.folio@grupodiestra.com) requesting a change in the accommodation voucher (GUEST FOLIO) and, so far, I have not had a response.
