"Abel and Paulino, Mr. Exceptionals!!!"

First of all, the service is exceptional!!! I was there for an event that lasted 5 days and there was not an employee that wasn’t polite and at all times very serviceable!!! Yet, I must name two over the top employees whom I was very very impressed at that detailed attention they provided at all times, Abel the bellman and Paulino from F&B. I will definitely be back on February and looking forward to greeting them both again!!!

"Hidden Gem"

This hotel was a hidden gem. Outside of the usual hot spot areas, it was not the most convenient location however given the reasonable price of uber, it was fine for me. That said I was staying over a weekend and traffic wasn't a problem because of that. The club lounge is very professionally run and has generous offerings. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The spa was excellent and I wish I had more time to use the facilities. The pool was empty when I took a look at it. A nice, quiet property for most of my stay. Uber drivers had a bit of trouble missing the entrance of the property. If you are a Marriott member, this hotel is crazy cheap on points. Highly recommend this property.

Going to the JW Marriott Santa Fe is like going home. Super friendly staff where everybody calls me by my name. Clean rooms and if any issue arises, the fix it immediately and more.

Three great things about the Marriott: / amazing staff and attentiveness / great breakfast / reasonable parking price One thing I did not like is that they charge you extra for bottled water, which is unreasonable as first of all its a 5 star hotel and second we are in Mexico City and we cannot drink tap water. They should offer alternatives to reduce plastic like maybe thermos with filtered water or pitchers of drinking water.
