Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage zum Flughafen ist ideal. Würde dort wieder übernachten, wenn eine Flugreise ansteht.

Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und bot viel Stauraum. Das Frühstück beinhaltete alles, was man zu einem guten Start in den Tag benötigt. Der Fußweg zur U-Bahn war kurz und leicht zu finden.

Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht feststellen, sodass man ihn entweder herausnehmen und händisch nutzen, oder ziemlich nah an der Wand duschen musste.

Frühstück ok, nähe zum Flughafen ideal.

Best place to stay when overnighting for an early flight to Hamburg airport. Staff was freindly and attentive. The aircraft decor is silly but fun. Kids love it.

Rooms are not super quiet, can usually hear others in the hallways/rooms, and lights flicking on and off under the door. For early morning escapes would be nice if there was a continental breakfast or other self-server option to grab a bite before darting off to the airport.

Friendly staff, good value for money, ideal for a quick overnight stay. You can tell the building and facilities are old but nothing wrong with that, they keep it clean and comfortable.

It says car parking is included but we arrived late and were told "we're fully booked" and not given any options or alternatives other than street parking. Luckily we were leaving early morning so before street parking was paid, but this should be better managed.
