Bardzo uczynny właściciel. Dobre połączenie z Wenecją. Za rogiem autobus 6L do Piazzale Roma. Codzienne sprzątanie. Polecam dla niskobudżetowych.

Brak bezpośredniego połączenia z lotniskiem Marco Polo. ( Chyba że czegoś nie wiem)
