An older motel spotlessly clean and well equipped. The room was spacious and comfortable

Nothing would happily stay again

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious. The TV and Sky worked and was easy to use. The location was peaceful and handy to most things. The unit was exceptionally clean. The master bed was comfortable. The unit had good water pressure which made the shower nice to use.

Although clean and tidy, it was very dated inside. The horrible plastic wicker lounge seats were dreadfully uncomfortable. The maintenance is not being keep up, with paint missing from windowsills and the shower step. It's a shame the maintenance wasn't done as well as the cleaning. The grounds have a variety of picnic tables, which are rickety and falling apart. They made the place look pretty rough and rundown, so probably it would be a better look for the business if they were simply removed as they really are unuseable. The broken motel sign for the motel entrance made the first impressions pretty bad. It looked like the place was a dodgy, rough affair, which it isn't. There needs to be a bit more pride taken in its appearance. If this happened people might stay more than one night.

Owner was friendly and hospitable, main bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Good location- walkable to old town. Unit was clean and as tidy as possible upon arrival.

Generally very run down facilities. Paint peeling, threadbare carpets, furniture and kitchen in dire need of replacement. Pool needed cleaning, “playground” was a playset from the 1980’s.

The accommodation we had was a distance away from the rest of the motel rooms, situated amongst derelict car/bbq. Interior requires a complete makeover. Hole in a wall. Threadbare carpet, very strange toilet that splashed you when flushed. Black linen on the beds. Outside the patio door, full of weeds.
