It was tidy

There was a smell, could do with a deep clean. Rooms were hard to find, we had to wait for someone to arrive to show us to our rooms as it’s self check in. The smoke alarms had been also removed from the room so stay here at your own risk! Manager messaged me at 10pm at night asking us to pay through bank transfer even through we had checked in hours earlier, and our CC was on file.

Cleanliness. Smell of room. Used toilet on arrival.

The location was central. The room was generally clean.

Beds were poor quality and there was no doona cover - only a thin polyester blanket. Unfortunately the room smelled very unpleasant. As the property is pet friendly I wondered if it was pet urine. Backdoor to the property had no lock. Poor security generally. Doorknob was secured with sticky tape. The property was not well maintained. Christmas decorations were still up in late February. Cracked mirror in bathroom, stained bath, random cords and hooks in various places in the room. No one was there when we arrived to greet us - the property appeared unattended. While someone arrived soon after we called (a mobile number listed on the front door), the check in experience was unsettling.

Absolutely disgusting. Cum stains on kids bunk bed that was falling apart. Not cleaned it vaccumed. Door would not close properly.

It was close to a venue that I was attending, the price was low, and the room was clean.

Really awkward check in, insecure parking, a lot of noise at night from the highway.

Spaciousness & spa.

Lack of fire alarm in room, escape from property in event of fire impossible without a gate key. ( Key appropriate to gain access re:security to stairs - but not if emergency occurs)
