Mixup with room but sorted promptly.

Great location, staff and value for money.

Pillows were a little flat and hard but only negative thing.

Clean, can park very close, aircon was great. Great beds!

The shower head was terrible. The taps were very hard to get the temperature right and water went everywhere on the floor. The carpet was very cheap and nails were coming through.

The room was comfortable, well designed and tasteful. Check in was easy with excellent instructions on how to access the key box. Shower was excellent, bed was comfortable and I was grateful to have supplies of quality tea and biscuits. The location was beautifully quiet and the staff I spoke to were lovely.

Could have been more spotless - for example, dust was on light bulbs on bedside table and light was hard initially to get to stay on. My major issue though was the row of numerous bright lights immediately outside the window. Why you would have bright lights beaming into the room all night without blackout curtains is incomprehensible. This is not smart for a facility with the primary purpose of providing somewhere for people to sleep. One expects a dark sky, especially in a country town. Was this for security reasons? Even if it was, there must be a way to have limited security lighting that does not compromise the dark and undermine sleep.

It room although it had a large window facing the street and lower than street level, was quiet. The premises were clean and well presented, the room was large very clean and comfortable. I could not ask for more.
