• Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. • Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. • Please note this property has a strict no party policy. Failure to comply with this policy will result in eviction of guests and the loss of any payments made. • Bookings of +3 rooms requires prior approval from the property and may not be honored. This includes group bookings made under different names • This property cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 • Wollongbar Motel does accept schoolies / school leaver bookings HOWEVER these bookings are only accepted via schoolies.com website for the approved times. Guests who arrive despite this will not be allowed onsite and any prepayment of fees will not be refunded. • Visitor policy – during peak season and special event periods there is a strict no visitor policy in place. Management reserves the right to refuse any visitors during this time. • During special event periods a $200 damage deposit is required on arrival, payable by credit card. This will be refunded in full via credit card subject to an inspection of the room. • Please note all rooms are supplied with linen and toiletry items. A housekeeping service is only provided for stays of 5 nights or more, with a service half way through the stay. If you require fresh towels or amenities these can be collected from reception during reception hours • Reception closes at 5pm daily and has a late arrival procedure in place for those arriving after 5pm • Each room has a single car allocation on premises, There is a 7.9 ft height limitation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. A deposit may be required at the property.
