The heated pool!

We enjoyed the heated pool, found the accommodation clean and appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and well-maintained grounds.

The park was a little out of the way for us and our family. While we enjoy getting out for walks, the location felt more residential and there wasn't a lot nearby. We paid for a room upgrade, which was appreciated, but we weren't particularly keen on the room layout. The main bed was located in the kitchen/living area, leaving no separate space for the family to relax without everyone having to crowd onto the bed. The pool was nice and heated, although quite small. We were disappointed to find there was an additional charge to use the spa. The kids' playroom was another let-down, with all the machines costing $2 per play. After already paying a premium to stay at the park, it felt like there were constant extra costs, especially when travelling with children. The jumping pillow was enjoyable for the kids but looked quite worn and could do with some maintenance. Overall, while there were some positives, the layout of the room, extra charges, and condition of some facilities meant the experience didn't quite meet our expectations.

The pool and jumping pillow were liked by the kids. Location is good.

The quality of the towels were really poor as well as the kids duvet inners. The towels were exptremely worn and were small and wouldnt dry properly. The duvet had obviously gone in the wash and was all lumpy. The kozi kiwi houses are very small. The double bed is squahed into a wall and only just allows 2 adults in the bed.
