Bali Diamond Estates & Villas

Location and ambience The villa is located in a nice location and the staff was friendly. However very basic facilities like coffee, sugar and tea were not available. There were many cockroaches in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. AC wasn't working for a day however was fixed upon request. You may not get all the groceries around the area if you are looking to cook and the location is pretty far from many attractions. Cook wasn't available on our booking dates though was informed that can be arranged upon arrival.

Villas quite dirty and with bad smells. Breakfast staff not very friendly.

Amazing location right on the beach and a quick walk to Komune. The outdoor area with a huge pool, lots of grass and outdoor dining was great! The staff were very friendly and happy to help out with any request, they were the best.

The villa feels a bit run down and old. The bathrooms were quite mouldy and a lot of the fittings were all rusty. There was no tea or coffee provided and the kitchen didn’t have a lot of the essentials like tea towels.

Pool area and access to beautiful black diamond beach

Not properly cleaned on arrival nor during. (don’t go if you’re particularly afraid of spiders). Very very old towels probably older than myself. Windows that don’t close which is particularly worrisome since it lets mosquitoes in possibly dangerous ones.

Great location. Pool and garden very nice and well kept

Needs a lot of maintenance. The sliding doors were very difficult to open, close and lock. The back gate was falling off the hinges. Kitchen sink leaking. Bed in master bedroom needs replacing….

I like the villa, the view and everything

There was lots of ants inside the villa, I woke up every night etching my body from their bites, plus the swimming pool was so cold that we barely swim in it.. I recommend a heater from the pool

It was nice to come back after 5 years and see some familiar faces. Nanga is moving up the ranks. Such a great help when i was getting scammed by a guy. Villa 8 was the best we've stayed in so far. Clean and spacious with plenty of areas to chill after surfing and activities. Locas warung is the best! Will definitely be back.

The kitchen is closed so the breakfast menu is very limited and no snax, smoothies or shakes available (actually good for me). I made kids pancakes cause thats what they liked most last time.
