La ubicación del hotel es muy buena todo cerca 👌 😋 lo recomiendo yo cuando boy a veracruz ya es mi segunda casa Muy buena atención con las chicas de recepción y los señores también felicidades excelente trabajo

Todo muy bien solo un detalla la tapa del aire acondicionado mucha vibración le tuve que poner un papel en la tapa

El hotel esta céntrico de todo y a menos de 2 minutos caminando esta el Malecón; El tamaño de la habitación muy acorde para 4 personas y el personal del Hotel fue muy amable.

No podiamos abrir las ventanas, las camas estaban duras y que, el personal del restaurante fue un tanto grosero.

Desde que llegamos una atención de primera, llegamos directo al estacionamiento y nos recibió un señor muy amable y sencillo, nos dirigió a la recepción y nos ayudo con las maletas. La recepcionista nos dio a escoger una mejor habitación, lo cual estamos muy agradecidos ya que tenia vista a la macro plaza, al malecón y a la plaza de la republica. Lo súper recomendamos, recibimos mas de lo que pagamos, 10 de 10.
