Super, tout est parfait. Le personnel est charmant et la visite des caves mérite d'etre faite.
The staffs were so irresponsible and unprofessional. In the last minute they told me on Sunday everybody is off and I needed to check in by myself following a specific procedure, which did not work at all and I could not enter the facility, ended up in booking another hotel nearby. They don’t even pay any attention to provide explanation or apology. If you want a trouble, this is a right place.

O lugar é muito tranquilo, bem bonito e confortável, cafe da manhã delicioso e a única recomendação é que na recepção deveria oferecer uma taça de boas vindas de um sauternes.
Séjour d'une nuit. Visite de la région de Sauternes. La chambre est vaste, confortable et dotée d'une belle salle de bains. Agréable petit dejeûner dans le jardin. Il est nécessaire d'anticiper, en saison tout au moins, pour réserver une table dans un restaurant dans les environs pour le soir.
This is a beautiful place in the vineyards. The room was large and nice, but no air conditioning. It was cool at night so not a big issue. Breakfast was good and I had it in the garden. There are restaurants not far away in the town of Sauternes. I did a tasting at their winery and at a place in the town. There are other wineries nearby. Overall a very nice stay.
Très jolie étape. Vue sur les vignes. Visite du chai très intéressante.
