Quando da procura de hotel, nada mencionava que era um self check in, sendo que ao chegar não havia ninguém na recepção (relembramos que e’ um hotel e não uma casa particular), não enviaram codigos, no registo automático não se conseguia enviar, dos contactos registados a porta ninguém atendia- estivemos 45 minutos a porta, onde estavam outros hospedes na mesma situação. Não é aceitável esta ausência de profissionalismo
