En general todo

El primer contacto con la recepción (señorita Mari luz)nos trató de manera poco profesional ,sin delicadeza y casi diría con desaires. Fue muy desagradable, después parece que rectificó y nos ayudó con nuestro viaje ,pero al principio sin nosotros haber hecho motivos nos trató de malas maneras, eso no es bueno para ningún negocio, da muy mala imagen.

Nos gustó que era cómodo y que estaba bien ubicado para el evento que teníamos.

El ruido. Se escucha todo, pero no me refiero a los que se alojan, sino a las limpiadoras. Desde las 8:00 de la mañana un ruido insoportable de camas y sillas arrastrandose, portazos, conversaciones entre ellas como si fueran las 12 de la mañana. El último día nos llegaron a pegar en la puerta a las 10 de la mañana pensando que no estábamos y nos despertaron. Me parece una falta de respeto enorme hacia los huéspedes que quieren, como poco, descansar cuando van a un hotel y además están pagando por ello. Luego ves carteles en el ascensor de “respeten el silencio y el descanso” y es su propio personal el que no lo hace. Y con eso nos encontramos que no nos limpiaron la habitación y a las 17 de la tarde la limpiadora nos dice que “no le ha dado tiempo”. Me parece vergonzoso y totalmente irrespetuoso.
