o ponto alto deste hotel é a vista para o Mar. atendimento cordial, ficamos eu e minha família com todo conforto.

There's no possible photo to do any justice to the place. The rooms are comfortable and little, but that doesn't compare with the service level and not exaggerating, the most outstanding view that you'll have from a hotel in your life. The surprise was instant. A detail is that it was our option at the last minute and wasn't really expensive at all. It's built over a morro where You can SEE both suns, the rising and the sunset, but especially the sunset. My God that sunset, with mountains emerging from the ocean and the sun melting between them around five o'clock in the afternoon, every f*cking day. What's escorted with a team that always at the level on every situation. Every member is complemented by the strengths each other, I personally interacted with several of them and they always gave their best. My thanks to Johao, Marcio, Leandro, Pericles and especially Gabriel! On my subjective opinion it is the best 4 stars hotel that you can get on Paradise. (Buzios is no less than that, for several things that doesn't come to place. On the other side, the good of the staff can be also the weakest point, they're prepared for the maximum level of service, I get a very tiny little uncomfortable being called senhor and see them so worried about everything that they looked a little tense. It cost me nothing to make them feel relaxed and seeing other consumers demands (and some also a bit disrispectful) and I understood why they're so demanding with their service level. Anyways, everything was great. The location can be a little demanding on foot, but once get used to walking the nose up and down a few times, you would love the experience.

This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel with a gorgeous view. I loved the balcony, the pool, and the breakfast. The staff are also so kind and friendly.

Staff were fantastic in helping and advising things to do. No ask was too big whilst at the hotel, Great effort in making your visit relaxing and luxury. The view was fantastic and the facilities well cared for.

O hotel está precisando de um pouco de cuidado na imensa área externa. O quarto muito bom, maravilhoso com a vista do mar! Café é Ok, bem completo, um pouco sem “brilho”, talvez pelo fato do hotel estar vazio! Voltaria com toda a certeza! Valei muito!!!

Rooms not maintained properly

O hotel é bom, porém, em que pese haver solicitado, na recepção, um quarto de fácil acesso, não fomos atendidos, alegando que a distribuição dos quartos não era feita pelos recepcionistas e sim pelo setor de reserva.Ressalto que o hotel não estava cheio. Fomos alojados quarto 13, cuja localização e acesso são péssimos. O quarto fica em frente à piscina, acordávamos com barulho de crianças brincando e adultos conversando. Para chegar no quarto é preciso descer muitas escadas. Não recomendo para quem tem problemas de artroses, artrites ou similares. O café da manhã é muito fraco deixando a desejar pelo preço cobrado na diária. Foram servidos apenas um bolo de cenoura, pães, sucos de laranja e acerola, pães de queijo e frutas. Para o chá é preciso solicitar a água quente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos não atendiam aquilo que não podiam. A limpeza é boa. No quarto em que ficamos não há nenhuma acessibilidade. Não existe estacionamento grátis . Os carros ficam na rua.

O Hotel é simplesmente incrível, a vista é tudo de mais lindo e valeu super a pena! o Café da manhã pode melhorar um pouco, muito simples para um Hotel Boutique. Tive problemas com o ar do quarto 25, mas imediatamente, me colocaram em outro quarto. A galera que trabalha é super educada e atenciosa!
