Hotel Casazul

The hotel was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Great location and beautiful view to the lake. Staff was helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

Great location and spacious and clean rooms

It is very noisy. They have a 24/7 reception but they didn’t isolate it from the rooms, so you will hear them all night long. The hotel is really not sound proof (reverberation everywhere because no curtains or carpet). Lights in the room are totally white which is nor pleasant nor beautiful. The room is huge but has only few power outlets, and not enough place to hang your stuff.

Flores is a truly amazing place and Hotel Casazul is situated on the lake, with wonderful views. It was basic, immaculately clean and functional. Exactly what you'd expect for the price and three star rating. The terrace was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Reommended.

The packed lunch we sourced (for our trip to Tikal) through the hotel was not particularly tasty. A minor gripe, no more.

Rudy was super helpful and kind. Made the check in experience a breeze! He also stepped out to show me parking! Would definitely stay here again
