Hotel Casona de La Isla

Belägen på en fin gata. Hotellet är fräscht och modernt med vacker lobby. Rummet är välstädat. Frukosten är god och generös.

Vi fick ett rum belägen mot huvudgatan, det var extremt högljutt och jag fick använda öronproppar på natten. Be om ett rum på innergården. Poolen är inte uppvärmd och därav inte möjligt att bada under kallare månader.

Offered free breakfast and the view of the lake and pool were nice. Easy to book Tikal tour through reception.

Room was clean but very rundown and had ants. Needs a refurb for the price of the accommodation. Very noisy with loud music at night outside of the property until 1-2am on all three nights we stayed so it was very hard to sleep. No elevator if you have heavy bags and no one helped. We were told by reception and via WhatsApp that breakfast was on until 10am, however the staff had a problem when we came down at 9:45am to eat.
