LK Royal Wing

Have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions but may not again due to lack of cooperation from staff. When I requested a 3rd key I was refused on the grounds that 2 is maximum and when I asked them to call a cab to take me to a resort was informed that they only call cabs when travelling to Bangkok. Room was not detailed to the normal standard on previous occasions.

Still here enjoying my stay

I regularly stay in the LK Royal Suites on the main street but thought I would try the LK Wing as many people comment on the good roof top pool . I was disappointed with a few things that could have been better The furniture in room was dirty and scuff marks all over walls . Shower floor very slippery and dangerous also big shower head not working . Shower temperature hard to stabilise . Cockroaches in room for two days . Only one large room ( studio ) rather than separate bedroom like the LK Suites No draining board in kitchenette Safe stopped working 3rd day took all night to replace Overall a dissapointing stay compared to the LK Suites .

Location is so convenient and it's a quiet soi. Pool on top floor is never busy,no bar there so bring your own drink. Stayed here many times now and still think the hotel can't be beaten for value. Marked down comfort as found bed quite firm.

Booked in England, extended and returned in Pattaya excellent service with great staff. Breakfast was superb. Would defo recommend this hotel ro anybody.

The hotel overall is acceptable, but the rooms are run down now and in need of refurbishing.the room are not cleaned great Either. cobwebs in the room, bathroom,ants in the kitchen area, and smashed lights on the balcony, and paint falling of the walls. The staff are ok, but dont go out their way to say hello when passing them, The pool is very good,and internet is good as well, However I will never understand why non of the LK hotels have a bar to buy drinks.7/11 is on the corner so its not a major issue. The Location is good if you know the area,but if its a first time pattaya maybe central would be better. overall the hotel is 2/3star at Max. Come on LK Bit of paint and more friendly staff and you will fill your hotels.

Loved this hotel just set back from Soi Buakhao. Exceptionally spacious throughout.Private, safe, quiet. Given complimentary upgrade. Very polite staff. Can walk to most places from hotel or take bhat bus / motorbike / taxi from nearby. Roof top swimming for residents.

found this property to be well maintained and the workers friendly and efficient, close enough to the entertainment area s of pattaya , but secluded enough to be able to get a good nights rest

I have stayed there on several occasions and have found the hotel to be more than good although on the last visit I booked two rooms, both suites. One was for myself and the other for a very close friend and his partner, my room was fine but his had a strange odour and was so bad that they could not sleep and as a consequence departed at 6 am!

A great place to stay. After arriving a day late, a bit of leeway on checking out a bit late would have been nice. They wanted 1,800 baht for 4 hours after they had a days extra payment off me
