Great place to stay just 1 receptionist very unhelpful

The hotel is in a quite location, but also in the centre of the city. The lobby is large and open, very nice. The staff are all very friendly, and helpful.

The hotel charges $6 if you want an extra towel; Only allowed 2 small drinking glasses .... was told I was not allowed additional ones. Escalated to the general manager who refused to budge.

TERRIBLE SERVICE from hotel company; (daily employees are great)!!!!! Request for an extra bath towel REFUSED unless paying $6; two small drinking glasses - asked for 2 extra REFUSED at any price. Escolated to General Manager who refused to change decisions.

Hotel looked like pics online. Some items in room damaged but nothing to ruin the trip. And damage is due to lack if respect from other guests. Bed comfortable no noise in room air worked great. I didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on that. The staff was very helpful and always pleasant. Central location was great yo get around.

Great for the price, clean room with a surprisingly good shower (so often a problem in big hotels) good air-con, great blackout curtains, excellent rooftop pool. Friendly front desk & cleaning staff. Very quiet hotel & location yet only a 50 metre walk to shops, bars, restaurants etc One negative - mattress was so hard. Not ideal for those who sleep on their side or stomach.

The front office staff can do with some basic social skills lessons very basic like saying hi and by This would be a vast improvement on pretending that you were not even there The wifi was very unreliable at best The room had a mould smell in it for the first 2 weeks I was there I had to buy my own air freshener But the room cleaning staff were nothing short of brilliant they kept the room clean the helped get rid of the mould smell and were very friendly and always helpful they sure could teach the front desk staff some basic social skills

Stayed here many times now. Always good value and on a nice quiet soi. Walk anywhere from here. Staff friendly and rooms are very well priced. Always recommend this place. Breakfast can be had at sister hotel 1 minute walk (royal suite) or just across rd onto soi bukaoi . Great location.
