Das Hotel war bis jetzt das schlechteste, was wir hatten. Ich würde 2.5 Sterne geben und nicht mehr. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und versteht dich kaum ( oder will dich nicht verstehen). Alles ist für die russischen Gäste ausgerichtet. Das Pool ist hässlich mit dem grünen alten Teppich neben den Liegen. Es ist sehr windig am Meer und auch am Pool, da es nah am Meer ist, manchmal könnten wir uns nicht hören, weil es so laut war. Es war kein drittes Bett im Zimmer für unser 4 jähriges Kind ( obwohl wir das extra bestellt haben). Nach den ewigen Gespraechen haben wir ein zustellbett bekommen. Am Schluss hat man von uns 40$ pro Nacht zusätzlich für das Bett verlangt. Das Hotel organisiert keine Abendunterhaltung, es ist langweilig am Abend und es gibt nichts zu tun in der Naehe, nur ein paar schäbige Restaurants , in dennen das Essen nicht schmeckt. Das Essen im Hotel ist überteuert und nicht lecker. Die russischen Gaeste sind zu laut. Nie wieder das Hotel !!!!

excellent! the place was beautiful and the service was great! we loved the infinity pool and how easy it was to access the hotel's own beach. It was such a relaxing trip. We loved how spacious our room was, with a big bath tub. breakfast was great too. for lunch and dinner, be prepared to wait for some time for the kitchen to prepare your meal.

We were given a beachfront room. Gorgeous views in this quiet and modern resort. Friendly staff and very good service. The restaurant is overpriced and the quality of the food is poor. Go down the street to find more reasonable, fresh seafood. Only complaint about the room is the water temperature. It doesn't get hot in the shower. We loved our stay and highly recommend this resort

Very beautiful resort. Great place for couples. Great place to relax at the beach or pool. Not much going on in town though.

Really great hotel could not fault anything, staff nice, food great breakfast choice. We booked a sea view which our room did not have so they upgraded our room straight away. Staff members Tow and Duc were amazing could not have asked for more. If you want a quiet break this is the hotel for you

The location is fairly decent. Its not in a prime location to the main city but is still a beautiful place thats close to the beach. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself because it was great. I was in the process of recommending this place to my fellow colleagues but the bad customer experience trumps the wonderful experiences about this place. If you do plan to go, please be careful of the hidden fees. Its better to go into the city and eat (cheaper and more fulfilling). I have never been so upset with customer service as I am a very pleasant guy but this one takes the cake. For them to make a couple of extra dollars in hidden fees, they have lost several thousand dollars that they could have had based on my recommendations to colleagues alone. Overall, if you do still plan to go, just be careful is all i can say. It really is a beautiful place but the bad/shady customer service ruined it for me.

The hotel is a curate's egg. On the good side, the rooms are decent and well maintained, the pool is excellent, and some members of staff were very friendly and welcoming. The first downside is the location, in that Than Thiet is 10km (£8 each way in a taxi) and Mui Ne, where the wide range of restaurants can be found, is about 25km (£15 each way in a taxi). There are a couple of other hotels and a couple of passable restaurants in the neighbourhood, but that's about it. The food at the hotel is at best moderate -- I spent a whole week trying to teach the breakfast staff how to cook an omelette, but still to no avail unless they were watched. The other When you order a starter and a main course, there is no telling which will arrive first. Side dishes, such as French Fries, intended to accompany the main course, often arrive before the starter on their own. With two people eating together, it is not uncommon for one person's meal to arrive 20 minutes after the others. The problem seems to be that under the communist system, everyone is employed, even those who in a Western system would be deemed unemployable. Since they all get paid next to nothing, there is no incentive for them to make any effort either, and it's common to find bar staff sitting around talking and almost feel you are intruding to interrupt them to place and order. I will say that certain members of staff did make a considerable extra effort (thanks Dennis and Number 3) to make us feel welcome.
