GBJPThe staff at the front desk were so kind. My japanese is not great but I really appreciated that the staff saw I was trying and didn't just default to english or google translate. Check in and Check out were easy. The room is spacious (for Japan) with outlets near the bed. The bed was comfy enough for my tired head.
I assume the tv remotes are universal and not specific to the tv and aparently work through walls because my tv turned on by itself at 3 am and scared me awake... Theres a "pillow bar" which isnt really my thing. I wish there were just 2 acceptable pillows already in the room. Instead my room had 1 sad, flat pillow and one skinny bumpy pillow clearly designed with a specific purpose in mind although i'm not sure what.
CAIt was very conveniently located. It is close to the station and to the river and lake. I liked the amenities bar, and the manga library. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The bathroom is slightly small.
