The staff is quite friendly. Didn’t like being next to the elevator. Cleanliness is excellent which is the first thing I see in a hotel. Didn’t like how it’s behind 2 restaurants.

Friendliest staff ever! Well run hotel where the owners and employees truly desire to please their guests. The rooms are a bit old style but the staff more than made up for that. It was very clean. I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel!

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The property is conveniently located near a shopping center that also has close by dining at a variety of different places. Everything I needed was close by so I did not have to travel far. I definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the Covington or Mandeville area. Joanna was a sweetheart!
