Musky moldy smell

When I arrived at check in, the lady was very polite, but the lemon water tasted like soapy lemon water, even had bubbles. The bed was comfortable but there was no linens for the pull out sofa bed and when I asked the overnight front desk agent gave me a fitted sheet and a fleece blanket. When checking out we asked if we could have a late check out, I even offered to pay and she was very rude and stated. “No, everyone must be gone at 11” with an eye roll!

Enjoyed my stay here. Great staff and location.

The room was clean and very spacious. The only problem we had was the smell of the hotel. It was musty and stale. We booked last minute due to the weather.

I liked the hotel and staff was nice.

The only bad is the noise from the Rou

The pool area chairs tables were rusted in very poor conditions. A lot of the chairs were broken. Bathtub had rust spots in it.

You better get to breakfast early because they don’t check enough to see when they run out of food.

The staff was great but the rooms had a horrible smell and the place is just run down. Breakfast choices completely horrible. They need to upgrade and remodel!

Price did not match online. I was told to order online. That took long. The date came out wrong. Not sure why. They wouldn’t give me a room, unless I paid for another night at the higher price in person for the correct date. I was promised a refund on the online order. A sign says manager in duty. He wasn’t there. He was called. He said yes he’d refund the online price. Expedia was going to refund it. He refused. I had to pay two nights for only one stay. Terrible service.
