El trato del personal es pésimo. Principalmente de las señoritas de recepción. Miran de pies a cabeza a uno ahh que mujeres tan despotadas .Me dijeron que prenderían el Jacuzzi . Y después me comentaron que no lo prendieron por que no servía. El agua helada de la alberca. Jamás regresaría a este hotel

El trato de las señoritas de recepción es pésimo. Sumamente déspotas miran de pies a cabeza a uno . Groseras prepotentes . solicite que prendieron el jacuzzi nunca lo hicieron . Después me dijeron que no servía. Que no calentaba. Que solo burbujas. La habitación recorrí la cama para que no se cayera mi bebé había un buen de polvo parecía alfombra de polvo al recorrer la cama. Una llave del baño no servía tenía una fuga goteo toda la noche sin dejar descansar . El control de la TV se le terminaron las baterías. Solicite a recepción NUNCA las llevaron. Pésimo servicio la verdad

La habitación con jacuzzi

La habitación que había reservado no funcionaba la televisión, me cambiaron a otra y tenía olor a cigarro, no tenía shampoo para la bañera, tuvimos que hablar a recepción para que nos llevarán uno, se escuchaba un niño que andaba en patineta todavía a las 11 pm
