Service was good, but the hotel needs updating and rooms are very small. Breakfast is not on site which does give you the opportunity to see some of the local cafes not not great for convenience.

This hotel has a New York vibe to it. Staff is amazing, there is wine and water in your room. Comfy bed, the only negative is small room but this would not stop us from staying there next time we are in. Tel Aviv.

The Brown is a great hotel. The staff friendly, the lobby inviting, the covered patio with free wine, coffee, cookies and soup, lovely. My only complaint is that the rooms were exceptionally small, so small that one of our rooms, the door opened into the nightstand.

Great hotel in Tel Aviv. Arrived early, gave me an upgrade and there is free wine throughout the hotel. What more can I say?

With the exception of one miscommunication (that affected the person who was picking me up after check out), the communication was excellent with front-desk staff. They were all very helpful and fun to talk with. I enjoyed the room--it had the feeling of an upscale hotel. One cautionary note (not a bad thing, but just be aware): If you want to use the lovely roof-top jacuzzi, you should make sure you plan in advance and ask the front desk to help you...because it does not have an internal heater and thus, it has to be filled with hot water before you use it. It is a lovely experience and worth the wait for it to fill up!

Smallllllllllllllll room

The room was small but modern. I loved the rooftop deck where I met some very nice guests visiting from Edinburgh.

Front desk is fantastic. They do anything they can to help you. Great location. Very small room for me, but I was solo, so no problem.

W had a really fantastic stay at your hotel. Both the hotel itself and all the staff were absolutely excellent. Loved the breakfast places and all the excellent dinner recommendations.
