Location, staff, bedroom, services, everything was wonderful

Everything was wonderful , but the closet was too small

This is an amazing hotel. It is clean, comfortable and the location is great. The best part about it is the service. They go way above and beyond. We received a welcome letter when we arrived signed by several employees. When we asked directions, they actually walked us to the restaurant! Never had service this good before. We will absolutely go back!

This gorgeous boutique historic hotel is the best located 5 star hotel in the historic district within steps of the grand opera house and restaurants lining every inch of the plaza in which it is situated. The staff, however, bears express reference as they were the best ever…accommodating to the hilt as they went out of their way to make our stay completely flawless from beginning to end. Just a beautiful way to enjoy this incredible city of Guanajuato!

This beautiful hotel is in the perfect location and the staff are next level hospitality agents. It’s a very casual vibe while still being upscale and amenity rich.

The staff were exceptional with a special thanks to Richard, Alex and Anna who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were very knowledgeable about Guanajuato and were very very ready to suggest local points of interest, restaurants and generally make our stay so enjoyable. The hotel was very elegantly and comfortably furnished and the location was right on the main square. Once inside, the hotel was a quiet and peaceful haven from the bustling outdoors of the Guanajuato square.

More cupboard/drawer space in the room would have been useful

The staff was nice, but the rooms were dated with no windows. The hot water was only enough for one person, AC wasn’t good, and the restaurant and bar were both closed and the main reason we picked this hotel. Expedia should require a disclaimer if all amenities are not available. Parking is not available on site and required an extra fee, which is fine, but inconvenient. Despite a cool area on a main plaza, this hotel lacks character and feels like a chain. Music plays outside until 3am on weekends—you can hear it but not see it since there are no windows in the rooms. I don’t get the high ratings and although the staff was nice, I would definitely not stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay! The hotel provided vip tickets for drinks at a near location. The staff was friendly and amazing!

Shower section too big, next to very small vanity space, next to descent toilet with single step between vanity area. If step from shower to vanity and step from vanity to toilet eliminated and wider vanity area review would be higher recommended. Better lighting also. Too expensive for these type of small spaces
