Holiday Inn London - Luton Airport by IHG

It was a nice stay, will come again when I have a early flight.

Covenient to airport and good bus links to town centre and trains.

Stayed night before early flight . Parking was easy. Room was ok for the one night . Had a meal and few drinks . Food was ok usual hotel food and prices . Staff very friendly and helpful. Ok and would recommend for one night

Great location to airport Lovely staff and accomodation

Excellent hotel to stay at when you have an early morning flight. Took us only 5 minutes to walk to the terminal with our bags.

Our Easyjet flight to Palma after 4 hours wait was eventually cancelled and we were booked into the holiday Inn by Easyjet. We arrived not in the best of moods and were told by the receptionist that she had not received confirmation by Easy jet but she said not to worry we will check you in so you can get into your room and relax. She said to come down to reception later and she would give us information if meals were included . I went back to reception and the manager said he had 3 flight cancelation bookings and would be unable to provide full restaurant service but would provide a buffet. Expecting cold meats etc we were surprised to have choice fish and chips, curry, burgers etc not haute cuisine but very welcome, Next morning good breakfast. We were impressed with how it was handled by all the staff at Holiday inn and we would not hesitate to return. As a foot note we were initially impressed by how Easyjet handled the cancelation A representative of Easyjet helpfully arranged the hotel booking and a flight the next day to Palma leaving at 09.35 in the morning , Unfortunately she failed to mention, and we did not discover until later in the evening, that our re booked flight was via Amsterdam with almost 6 hour wait for a transfer to Palma. Not wanting to spend the best part of another day in an airport, we did not take the Easyjet option and booked a morning flight to Palma by Wizzair,

The staff were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Our dinner order was incorrect but the waitperson was very apologetic and provided a replacement with a reduction off the bill. Not his fault, and he handled well. And the food was very good
