"It was overall a nice visit! Had issues, but the staff did OK trying to fix them."

The location and the overall comfort

The Staff was not the best. Acted like they did not know what they were doing. But they did come through after I voiced my concerns about the room they gave us and they moved us to a new room which I appreciated.
