Hotel Morrison Usaquen

Due to the virus things have changed. One thing that will never change is the great staff. If you need a place to stay in Bogota, try them.

This is a fantastic hotel. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and Airbnb apts in Bogotá and this is one of our favorites. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very very quiet. We were surprised that we couldn’t hear any traffic. This is been a problem in other places we have stayed. When you look outside the window you see a lot of trees and grass and a walking/jogging path. Very Comfortable bed. The room was Very clean The lobby is also spacious and clean. Very kind and friendly staff. The manager was especially helpful when we checked out. He helped us pack our bags and groceries in the car, and was very friendly. There is a restaurant on site. We had a free delicious breakfast every morning. Very well located in a safe Part of town with shops, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and transportation very accessible. We will definitely be staying there again!!!

This place is amazing. Clean, in a great location and the General manager is fantastic. We arrived at 2am from the states and they had the room ready even with an extra bed for my son. The GM introduced himself to us the next morning provided us a late check out and gave us recommendations for Cartagena. Love this hotel:)

The overall service, conditions and food of the hotel is very good. However the receptionist attention received by Angelica is terrible and rather than poor. Second time in the hotel same poor quality received by this Angelica. As long as she is the one greeting guests in the Hotel not sure I will come back to stay in the Hotel. Requested to two people to meet with the Manager, he never showed up. Terrible this part of the hotel.

The Hotel is good, however the option of drinking water from the tub is not for everybody.

They put my family on the sixth floor and they make parties extremely loud on the first floor! They told me at 10 pm it was almost finished and then at midnight they said 2 am and I could change rooms but, that was not an option as we had to travel at 4:30 am!!! No one slept at all!!! They have to be aware of this issue as my room vibrated from the sound and it is disrespectful for them to put you in that room and wait and see if you complain! We are not coming back!

Conveniently located near, shops, food, pharmacy, night life restaurants, bars and in a great high end quiet location. I’ll give it 10/10 Rooms/bed very confortable and pillows super soft. Love my stay and will continue to stay here every chance I get.
