Hotel doesn’t have ice for serve people room day time, there is no room service at 22.00. I been stayed many hotels in kiev this is worse experience.. My booking level is max Genius level 3 because i use application every month at least 5-6 time. I highly recommend never come heir for 4 star there is pool spa and thing like this. If war stop maybe they will be again back better service but i been coming Kiev from start war for ukraine what i pay for price i didn’t get nothing. I highly recommend go hotel +9 reviews cheaper hotel with perfect service than 4* hotel can’t provide bucket of ice or room sevice.

Приємне спілкування з персоналом, допомагають у всьому та йдуть назустріч. Чистий приємний номер, хороше ліжко, гаряча вода, чисті рушники. Ресторан не дешевий, але приємно здивував: навіть пиріг подали в оформленні високої кухні, і ягоди при ньому були не кислі. Легко доїхати, поруч конгрес-хол та супермаркет, метро.

Попри те, що вказана додаткова звукоізоляція в номері - і вона дійсно доволі ефективна (бо звуки через стіну не чув, а чутність через двері на ліжку не чуєш) - але навіть при зачиненому вікні є приглушений, монотонний шум від траси. Якщо ти спокійний, то можна заснути, а якщо знервований, то може заважати, залежить від чутливості
