The facilities are well maintained and interaction with all management/staff was great, whole environment really pleasant & remarkably quiet. Having a little balcony to sit outside was lovely. The unexpected early check-in was really very welcome. Information provided re eating out was on the money.

Instructions on using the tv - took quite a lot of time/energy to work out how to use for simply free to air tv vs streaming services
