"A for effort is the best I can say"

Indifferent reception, inability to look up correct booking and even assigning a wrong room to my friend. Housekeeping needs work to get the rooms ready for the next guests. At least the GM is aware and is trying her best to get this property up to snuff. Hope so for next time I come there at the same time.

bed was hard. the fold out couch bed was very dirty and i didnt trust my kids sleeping on it. the breakfast was wonderful though- best i've ever had at a hotel
