Breakfast was great

It was too warm in the dining room. I asked to turn down the heat and they said the thermostat was locked.

Accessible room not available our first night. They only had a hearing impaired room. I called 2 days in advance to reconfirm our handicap accessible room and talked to Shannon the manager at that time. As there was no availability anywhere else we had no choice but to stay in the hearing impaired room with no bars in bathroom. I have Parkinson’s and it was very difficult to use the bathroom in that room. Shannon did finally offer no charge for our first night. Room the second night was what I thought we had booked for 2 nites.

The location was good.

1. Being charged a different price other than what I reserved for was not a win. Not really given an explanation other than that because you booked with a 3rd party i.e. booking was not acceptable. 2. Upon leaving I requested a receipt as there are charges that will need disputed. I was told because I booked with booking com that I would have to get my receipt from them. This has NEVER happened to me before. I use booking.com a lot. If I'm to have all these problems, what's the point! 3. Booked 2 rooms, we were on 2 separate floors. Booked 2 full beds and 1 king. The rooms were not right. Overall that set the tone for my whole stay there. I don't like being overcharged, in this economy no one can afford to be!

Breakfast was quite good. Coffee was excellent

Our mattress in room 109 was hard as a rock. That was the only negative of our stay.
