The breakfast area and lobby were clean Rooms were in decent condition

Our air conditioner in our room did not work for more than 30 minutes at a time. You had to turn the unit off for at least 30 minutes so it would work again. The maintenance guy said it needed a new compressor and they couldn't move us to a different room cuz they were booked. The room was very warm for the 4 nights we were there. It was too warm to sleep at night. The room was only supplied towels and not cleaned each day. Our room didn't even get towels or toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk and wait 15 minutes for them to be brought to me. The staff was not friendly and acted as if we were bothering them when inquiring about the air conditioner in our room not working and when we needed towels and toilet paper because we were out of both. We were informed breakfast is served till 9:30am but we were not informed that no breakfast items will be replaced after 8:50 am. When we arrived for breakfast at 9am there were 3 omelettes left 4 sausage patties and no potatoes left. We were told no more would be put out that morning. Six other guests came down for breakfast after us and had to eat the left over bread items and over ripped fruit or yogurt. If the hotel is booked up the previous night I would think you would provide enough food for the guests till 930am as you are told at check in. With these conditions we inquired if we could check out the next day instead of staying for the scheduled 4 days, however we told since we booked through booking.com they couldn't do anything we would have to contact booking.com to try to get a refund. It was easier to just suffer through and think of our stay as if we were camping. We are exhausted from lack of sleep due to the warm room at night. It was in the eighties during the day, so it's still warm at night. We will definitely never stay at this location again.

Good breakfast

the small couch in my room was soiled with stains and rips. There was dried white paint splattered on the bathroom floor and the back of the door. The reading lamps over the beds did not work.

Room was nicer than anticipated- the breakfast options were awesome. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Thank you so much!!

The room was really nice. Our toilet was loose but worked. Breakfast area was to hot. Food was great!

Stay was okay. We (wife, son and i) were on the 2nd floor. Couldnt even walk across the room floor without getting complaints called on us. Ended up unplugging the phone and didnt have a problem.

Clean hotel, not many dining options.

The room was spacious, comfortable and incredibly clean, as was the entire property! Samantha at the front desk was very personable and friendly, even coming to our rescue to enter the pool area. The pool was perfection, clean without an overpowering chlorine smell, so relaxing! Breakfast was really good, with a variety of hot items. 💯 would stay here again!

The hotel is dated. We stayed on the first floor. The room was comfortable however I did find tissue in the bathroom garbage. In the morning I woke up to flea bites on my leg. I told the front desk n showed her my legs. She was very apologetic n offered to refund 5000 points. The manager rescinded this. I contacted the manager Kim several times. She finally took my call 4 days later and I explainedthe situation in full detail. Told me they only allow service animals which is not true it clearly states pet friendly. Several large dogs were in the hotel. Told me I had no proof and I had the flea bites when I got there. She took no responsibility and blamed the flea bites on me. After several phone calls she agreed to refund my points. After a week still unresolved. This was August 15th and she has not refunded any points to my account. She told Holiday Inn she did and closed the complaint as solved. The food area left alot to be desired. The hotel pool had film on top of water. In my opinion I would not stay here unless you were desperate. The hospitality is completely lost on the management of this hotel. I also contacted the district manager and she did not return my calls. If this is how they treat their guests, with fleas in their hotel how would they treat something more serious.
