Ideal for our requirements. Clean, comfortable. Very helpful staff in reception and restaurant. Good quality breakfast. Parking on site.

Modern room, anti fog mirror, digital controlled thermostat for exact temperature, quiet, good room set up. Staff very friendly and helpful, they gave me a small jug of milk for my room. Great breakfast.

I liked everything, if I was nit picking a slightly more powerful shower would be good but the one they had was very adequate.

Lovely clean hotel and had the added bonus of looking onto Southend airport. Train station is only a few mins walk away to catch the train into Southend on sea. Took my dog and had to pay I think £35 for the night for him on top of the stay for ourselves. £154 inc brekkie plus £35 which made it expensive. Only downside is that because we had the dog we couldn’t go in the restaurant and had to sit on lounge chairs with a low table which made it a bit awkward eating our full English. It made us feel like outcasts because of the dog. The member of staff who I spoke to tried to help and told us we could go and sit downstairs in the bar at a normal table but would have to come back up to the sky bar 5th floor i think to get our food 🫠🫠 that was the only downside. If your charging £35 for a dog made sure there are proper dining tables or don’t take dogs at all
