The hello on the tv set when you walk in, is a nice touch. Ive been to 4 star hotels that didnt do that. Its nice.

"I was disappointed for it being a Hilton"

The sign in process

They only change rooms including emptying trash can also replacing towels and wash clothes.We were on floor three when we went to bed the room above us sounded like they where stomping on the floor all nite
