Location, staff, room, furnitures in room, cleaning, there was a sound that comes from a/c but technic staff helped.

The reception area, the location was great Beds were comfortable Smart tv with all applications Hot water 4min drive to coco beach 15min walk, many restaurants available near by

Air conditioning had minor leakage The shower wasn’t great Old version and water pressure was average So make sure to confirm upon arrival

This is an overpriced city type hotel. The rooms are okey, clean and big, but nothing special for such a price. There are many better options in the city, even in the same street. Not worth the price they charge you. Good bed, amazing AC, old TV from 2004. 15-TV channels, all with static "snow"

The wi-fi is terrible and can hardly manage even e-mail updates. The breakfast is only ok for one night, nothing more. 1 type of juice, no cold cuts, absolutely no vegetables, very little fruits, all over a sad dining experience.

The location was absolutely excellent as was the service given by all the staff and in particular Joshua (front of house) and Aeisha who was exceptional at service within the restaurant.
