All the staff were willing to please and very pleasant. We felt personally cared for by all. We had all our meals in the hotel. Sandeep Rawat the restaurant manager and Subhash the chef gave us personal service and cooked dishes to our requirements very well. We felt we were ‘at home’ all the time we were there.

It's great property with good views from valley view rooms, great food and very friendly staff. Select if you are visiting Mussoories. Bang on start of mall road.

Excellent property. Views from the valley view rooms are marvelous. Daily breakfast is very very tastey. Staff is very polite and friendly. Location is bang on library chowk. Get a scooty at the mussoorie library bldg for entire day for merely rupee 1k or less. Fill the tank with rupee 200 petrol and head to all famous spots. On your own vehicle is great thrill.

The property location is fantastic. Please do not waste your money on the balcony room because you will not be able to even step out due to monkeys. The hotel manager Varun was absolutely ineffective and the staff not trained as per ITC standards. Property needs maintenance.
