"Clean and convenient location"

Very clean room and convenient location for what we wanted to do in Seneca Falls. Our kids loved the pool and breakfast the next morning. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had asked for a quiet room away from the pool since we have a light sleeper in our group, and the one they gave us was perfect.

The bed was OK, but not the most supportive and the pillows were a little uncomfortable. The A/C window unit was also a little loud, which interrupted our sleep some. But overall we would still stay here again.

Lisa at the front desk in the late afternoon was extremely helpful and welcoming.

No full fridge and no sofa, but that's my mistake when booking.

החדר מרווח ונקי מאוד, צוות הקבלה אדיב, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה.

רעשים במיטה, רעשים מבחוץ, הקירות לא מבודדים מספיק. אין מספיק מידע על כשרות בארוחת הבוקר, ביקשנו לראות מארזים אך אמרה שהיא זורקת הכל ולכן אין לה מה להראות לנו

Room appeared to be not quite cleaned. Trash bags not down in waste basket. Used wash rag in the shower.
