Clean, entrance to car is ok, breakfast was decent, the pool was warm good enough, gym area could use more ac along with the hallways, stairway handrails need attachment

Staff at desk great. Mattresses and pillow uncomfortable. Felt old. Linen was old. Needs updating. Condition needs to be in keeping with Hilton name.After all, we are paying for Kathy’s plastic surgery! PS She looks stunning!

We ended up booking and arriving same day. We were not able to check in early (arrived a little after 12) and were not given any suggestions by the staff as to where to go to kill time (check-in was at 3). The caulk in our shower needs to be replaced and it looked like someone flung and smeared boogers all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. It definitely needed to be cleaned. The continental breakfast was the same as you would get at any average standard hotel. I actually would suggest going out for breakfast, it wasn't worth the free option. It was appreciated in a pinch, but if you have options, seek options.

"Worth the price, for the free breakfast. Great “home base” for touring the Erie Canal & Finger Lakes."

Good location for our trip. Great breakfast, included with the price, really exceptional. Full buffet with hot eggs, waffles, oatmeal, etc. Also, the fitness center had more machines than what you usually see.

The only thing that would have improved our stay would be a restaurant on the property, for lunch or dinner.
