This place was more than we expected. We will be back and recommending to others

Thought could provide more milk. The vending machine was not operating correctly lost money through it. Shower screens need a good scrub.

Fantastic location, helpful having a carpark and WIFI. Great to have three separate bedrooms as we were travelling for work. Pools were great too - nice having an indoor option, though we didn't use it. A short walk to the beach and other necessities weren't too far away.

The apartment is a bit tired. One bedroom had no power points and the light switch was in the hallway which was odd. Cleanliness wasn't amazing, even after our check in was delayed. I understand staffing is tricky, but it was a disappointing start to the stay. The bathrooms and kitchen in particular needed attention. The outdoor furniture was also pretty shabby - two chairs were unusable due to holes in the fabric.

The pots and pans, that is not nonstick anymore, and not a smaller pan for something small to fry in

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. We were on floor 5 room 24.

Construction noise across the road. But that is no fault of the apartment.

★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 — Great location, but very poorly maintained and disappointing overall The apartment is in a fantastic location and looks appealing from the outside. The outdoor pool was lovely, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful on check-in — definite highlights. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The main door was broken and left ajar when we arrived, which wasn’t a great first impression. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned before our stay — the floors were dirty, and the linen hadn’t been changed. The kettle was black and moldy inside, and several kitchen items were cracked or broken. We advised the receptionist of the immediate issues upon arrival, and to their credit, the main door was repaired, and the kettle replaced the following day. We asked for a different room but were advised the complex was fully booked. We stayed for a week and did not use one of the bathrooms due to the mold, and the main bedroom had no ventilation as the balcony door was corroded shut. There was also brown liquid leaking from the heat pump, the fans were unusable due to thick dust, the drying rack was broken, and the couch had holes in it. The indoor pool was dirty with a green film on the bottom, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The complex looks nothing like the photos shown on the holiday websites — even the gym doesn’t have the equipment that’s pictured. It’s a real shame, as the apartment has great potential with its location and layout, but it is very poorly maintained and not clean. With proper care and attention, it could be a wonderful place to stay, but in its current condition, it falls well below an acceptable standard. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
