Residence Smeraldo

we were a group of 4 and it was a good enough place to stay for a few days. it was really clean and smelled nice, but there were a few things I’d complain about, follow below

we stayed in apartment no. 30 where the shower was leaking so badly, the whole bathroom had to be mopped after every use. fridge- worked, but was constantly full of water, so anything you left there was soaking wet too. the entrance to the location is through quite a high threshold so you need to be careful not to break your car. and for those wondering why I didn’t raise all the above with the property - I would if they gave us the phone number that worked! 🤡🫠

The apartment is only 5 minutes away from the see by foot. There is plenty of space for 4 people and also the bathroom is nice and big. The check in was easy and the staff showed us the way all to our apartment, that is about 2-3 minutes drive away from the hotel where you do the check in.

The kitchen utensils have not been cleaned for a while, some plates and cups had some dirt and dust on it. On the balcony there were only 2 chairs (for an apartment for 4-6 people).

Perfetto per una RIPARTENZA ed uno sprazzo di inizio estate. Riserva ZINGARO a 5 min auto SPIAGGIA San vito 2 min piedi In casa cera tutto il necessario per essere autosufficiente e decidere se mangiare dentro o uscire nei tanti locali a 4 passi Personale molto disponibile e gentile

Il residence nel complesso non era male, noi eravamo al primo piano, mostrava però dele mancanze: in cucina mancava la moka INDISPENSABILE, la pulizia non era del tutto appropriata, nelle scale c'erano escrementi di rondine che sono stati puliti , in modo grossolano, dopo 6 giorni di permanenza e comunque le scale non vengono mai pulite. Se non ci fossero state mancanze, sarebbe stato tutto abbastanza confortevole.

Comoda, economica e in una posizione eccellente poiché centrale, ma defilata. Consiglio

Qualche incomprensione iniziale per il parcheggio poi risolta,(parcheggio tra l'altro con spazi strettissimi)Residence informale come l'accoglienza ,appartamentino a duecento metri dal mare con il necessario per il soggiorno,infissi un po difettosi,wi-fi poco funzionante,posto tranquillo.

Soggiorno buono. Località splendida. Unico neo il supplemento per la pulizia, (€50,00) che non è compreso nella prenotazione.
